Make sure your TV and blue ray player's HDMI control turned on (My 2 year old pana supports it). I have 4 HDMI inputs into the receiver and 1 from receiver to TV. So I guess the KURO link is not much different from the Viera link. HTML control works! Even it is a pioneer, it seems to work with my other equipments supporting HDMI control (at least for Panasonic). If you expected a TRUEHD or other HD sound format but come up with 'DD', check your blue ray player output setting (I had a problem with my BD-35).Ĥ.

For movie replay, Turn up volume control of your subwoofer as the standard MCACC subwoofer setting will not be enough for Movie replay. The "Pure Direct" will end up not using MCACC processing and NO subwoofer output. Play 2 channel music, for best result, stick with setting acquired above. Leave the x-curve and the BGC to off (default anyway) unless you feel need to do so.ģ. Seems a bit low initially but works perfectly for 2 channel music replay. My MCACC has subwoofer channel output set to -9DB compared with other channels (betwee -1 and -2 db).

Run a full one then manually change centre and rear speakers from Large to Small and change the sub woofer setting to "PLUS" otherwise no sub output from CD replay. I have been playing with it for more than a week. But I guess the point with MCACC is automatic tuning without a SPL meter. I do not have SPL meter so cannot help you with that. I have done a quick auto MCACC setup, haven't had a chance to get out the SPL meter, but was wondering what volume does the system tune to for 75db reference level is it 0db or is it something else? I have a question and happy for other to add there questions info here also: I thought I would startup a thread that owners could ask for help or provide advice, tips, tricks, etc as the other LX71 thread is becoming more of an area to discuss best prices or compare the virtues of it vs other amps.
